| Terms of Letting: To secure your booking, check the cottages availability, then please enclose a deposit of one-third of the total with your completed booking form [Download booking form & fact sheet]. The balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival. If the booking has to be cancelled after the balance has been paid, then this amount is refundable if the property is re-let.
Booking Dates: These are generally for a minimum of one week from 4.30pm on Saturday of arrival to 10am on Saturday of departure.
Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed.
Smoking: There is a strict No Smoking policy throughout the cottage.
Cleaning: You will find everything clean and tidy when you arrive. It would be appreciated if guests leave the cottage clean and tidy on departure.
Electricity: Electricity for heating, lighting, cooking and hot water is included in the price.
Linen: All bed linen is included as is all appropriate cleaning materials.
